1. Introduction to terms and conditions 1 January 2020

(1)Please review our terms. Use of any of the services offered by justGO will be subject to the latest version of our terms available on this web site.
(2)Our terms contain specific provisions to limit our liability, allocate risk or liability to you or constitute an acknowledgement of certain facts by you.
(3)If you are not yet 18, you must obtain your parents' or legal guardians' advance authorization, permission and consent to be bound by our terms of use.
(4)We may change our terms of use from time to time. Such changes will take effect as and when published.

2. Our company

We are a registered South African company and we commit to complying with all current and future South African Acts and Laws to ensure we maintain business practices that are ethical, honest and transparent.

3. justGO Services

We are a Retail and Online Travel Agency facilitating transactions between you and Travel Suppliers, such as:

Airlines, Hotels, Tour Operators, Cruise Companies and Bus services

4. Bookings

(1)Each Booking is subject to these terms of use as well as the applicable Supplier’s Booking Terms.
(2)We act as an agent for the Suppliers and as such we accept Bookings on behalf of such Suppliers and collect payment from you on behalf of such Suppliers. Each Booking for a Service Component to be rendered by a Supplier will constitute a direct agreement between you and the relevant Supplier.
(3)Your Booking request will constitute an offer on the terms and conditions contained in these terms of use and the relevant Booking Terms.
(4)Please note that while we will try to send to you a confirmation notice for every valid Booking request we receive from you, we cannot guarantee that such confirmation notice will be received by you, nor that, if they are received by you.
(5)If you do not receive a confirmation notice after submitting your payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting your payment information, you should confirm with our Call Centre. We will not be liable for any losses you may suffer in this regard.
(6)The information you have submitted with your Booking request will be processed as you have provided it. If you realize that an error has been made or that you need to make a change to such information, you should advise us immediately.
(7)A complete record of your Booking will be sent or given to you. You should retain such record.
(8)justGO is not responsible for the service quality provided by any of our suppliers.
(9)We may without prior notice change the price, discontinue the availability or change the description of Service Components. Special promotions may be subject to certain additional terms and conditions.
(10) The costs associated with travel arrangements are not always stable, and currency movements can change. When you book a Service Component, we reserve the right to pass on any surcharges to you. Surcharges may be imposed to cover increases in transportation costs, including the costs of fuel and security charges.
(11) Airfares are subject to the prices and conditions quoted by the particular airlines and cannot be guaranteed by us.
(12) All prices indicated as applying to Service Components will be inclusive of VAT but exclusive of any other taxes and duties, which, unless otherwise indicated, will be charged separately if applicable.

(13) IATA requires that your personal contact information captured during our flight booking process is provided to the airline you will be flying with. This is done to ensure that the airline is able to contact you for any flights delays, schedule changes or any other operational updates that may occur.

5. Payment

(1)You will be required to provide the necessary payment account details when submitting your Booking request.
(2)By submitting a Booking request to us, you authorise us to debit your designated account with the relevant amounts due for the Service Components ordered.
(3)Should we be unable to duly effect such payment for any reason your Booking may be cancelled.
(4)You warrant that you are duly authorized to make payments from the account designated by you.
(5)We will provide you with an itinerary, Booking number and other electronic Travel Documents upon or following confirmation of your Booking.
(6)When arriving at the relevant Supplier you may be required to present your credit card, reasonably acceptable photo identification (passport, identity document and/or driver’s license) and any relevant Booking number and/or other relevant Travel Documents that we may have issued to you in respect of the particular Booking.
(7)The relevant Supplier will not be obliged to honor the Booking unless you provide it with such proof of your Booking as it may reasonably require.
(8)It may sometimes be appropriate to collect Travel Documents from you when purchasing your tickets.
(9)You should check all details of the Travel Documents (including the itinerary) upon receipt thereof. If there are any inaccuracies on any of the Travel Documents you should inform us immediately as we do not accept and loss as a result of such inaccuracies.
(10) justGO offers credit and debit card payments on the justGO website as well as system generated secure electronic payment links. We accept electronic fund transfer and cash payment into our bank account. We also accept 1FOR YOU or Celbux voucher payments.

6. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

  • All bookings made at www.justGO.co.za are non-refundable and changes are not allowed. If your booking is entitled for a change or a refund, this needs to be confirmed by justGO before your scheduled departure.
  • If you wish to make a change to the booking, we will do our best to make the change. Fares will be re-quoted at the time of amendment.
  • If allowed, you may cancel your booking before departure but penalties will apply based on the supplier's rules. An administration fee will also be charged by justGO. All refunds when applicable will be paid by justGO.
  • If you wish to cancel your booking and the rules of your booking allows you to do so, justGO will issue a voucher minus an administration fee. The voucher can be used for any future bookings at justGO and is valid for a single-use transaction from the year of issuance.
  • Please note these administration fees are charged to cover the administration costs for making the changes. Therefore, please be aware that the relevant suppliers may have additional fees.
  • Refunds can take up to 4 weeks or longer for processing.
  • If you can provide suitable proof that a passenger, for whom the service component was originally booked, has passed away or has been hospitalized and will be unable to use the service as a result, justGO will not charge any cancellation fees.
  • If you are not showing up at the time of departure, you will not be eligible for a refund. It is your responsibility to be on time before departure.

7. General Conditions

  • a. This agreement is governed by South African Law. The Parties consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Magistrate's Court with regard to any action based on these Terms and Conditions.
  • b. This document reflects the only agreement between you and justGO. And you are contracted to the supplier independent of justGO.
  • c. You will be liable for all legal fees or an attorney and own client scale in the event that justGO has to engage a lawyer to enforce or defend any of its rights.
  • d. We do not accept liability for any actions, errors or omissions of the suppliers and their agents, which may result in a loss of any form, including personal harm.
  • e. We do not accept liability for the consequences of actions beyond our control such as late or non-issuance of visas, passports or any other travel documentation, Acts of God etc.
  • f. Whilst we at justGO are committed to doing so, you need to be aware that we cannot guarantee the extent to which your information is protected by third party service providers, such as airlines, hotels, car hire companies, etc., who need your personal information to conclude your travel arrangements.
  • g. Every reasonable effort is usually made by Suppliers to adhere to confirmed Bookings. However a Supplier may require cancellations of or changes to a Service Component from time to time. We will try to advise you of any such cancellation of or change to a Service Component of which we become aware.
  • h. Reselling of Packages or Service Components thereof, booked with us is strictly prohibited. Any resale of any tickets or other components of a Package purchased from us (or attempt) will entitle us to cancel such tickets and to resell them.
  • i. We will try to ensure that sensitive payment information (such as your credit card details) provided to us are suitably protected. For such purposes we will implement reasonable security measures which may include cryptographic techniques to protect such information. There is however no guarantee that your information is 100% safe and secure.
  • j. Use or enjoyment of a Service Component may be hazardous to the health or safety of the users of their services and you do so at your own risk.
    • k. Although we try to ensure that the particulars of the suppliers are displayed and described completely and accurately, we do not warrant same and disclaim to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law any liability arising from any omissions and inaccuracies pertaining to such display and description save to the extent that such liability is caused by our gross negligence or fraud.
    • l. We will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential losses of any kind whatsoever arising in connection with any booking (whether in contract, statute or delict, including for negligence), save to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
    • m. In no event will our aggregate liability for the claims arising in connection with any booking exceed the fees actually received by us in respect of the service component most closely associated with the claims, irrespective of the cause of action (whether in contract, statute or delict, including for negligence), save to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
    • n. It is strongly advised that you and those travelling with you take out adequate insurance cover such as cancellation due to illness, accident or injury, personal accident and personal liability, loss of or damage to baggage and sports equipment. Should your insurers dispute their liability for any reason, you will have recourse against the insurers only.
  • o. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that all your passports and visas are current, valid, obtained on time and that any vaccinations, inoculations, prophylactics (e.g. for malaria) and the like, where required, have been obtained. Passports must be valid for 6 (six) months after return to South Africa. You should check the requirements with the travel agent before travelling.
  • p. Taxes: We will try to advise you of all mandatory taxes, which you must pay before departure. However, many countries charge departure taxes that can only be paid locally.
  • q. Medical Problems: You must ensure that all facilities offered are able to cater for any requirements from a medical / disability point of view and to make direct arrangements with the Supplier concerned in order to cater for your needs or that of any other person travelling with you.
  • r. We and our commercial partners may use your personal data for the purposes of executing transactions concluded with you, for billing purposes or in order to serve relevant advertising to you. We and our affiliates may send you information, special offers and advertising by email, through SMS, WhatsApp, within our regular newsletters, through once-off promotional offers or by telephone.
  • s. If you do not want to receive the information as set out above then please send an e-mail to us at admin@justgo.
  • t. The new regulations, effective on 01 June 2015, require that all parents arriving, transiting and departing from SA produce an unabridged birth certificate for their children. It is the traveler's responsibility to update themselves with the latest immigration reuirements.

8. General Conditions of Use for this Web Site

(1)You are solely responsible for all fees that may apply to your use of this web site and the services offered on it.
(2)You may not access this site for any purpose other than for utilizing the services offered on it in the normal manner. You may not access our site for the purposes of redistributing or otherwise using any of our content for your own business purposes unless you are expressly licensed thereto by us in writing.

(3)We do not usually monitor, edit, control or filter the content submitted to this site by our users. Such content, including as may be found in blogs, forums, chat groups, comment sections and bulletin boards, do not represent our views and we have not authorized or endorsed such content. What are your responsibilities?

To clearly state your travel requirements and ensure they are understood.

To provide accurate information at all times, especially with regards to:

  • The spelling of travelers names as per passport or ID document
  • Contact details, such as telephone, email and home address
  • To check all details on quotes and confirmations and to confirm these are correct before travel documents are issued.
  • To ensure that you are familiar with the terms and conditions of each supplier.
  • To advise us of any special needs at the time of the booking and to understand that despite our best endeavors these requests may or may not be fulfilled by the supplier.
  • To ensure that all personal travel documents are valid, such as passports, health certificates, international drivers licenses, visa(s), travel insurance etc.
  • To present a valid form of payment timeously. Late or invalid payments may result in the cancellation of your reservation and you may incur financial penalties.

10. Insurance Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

All Individuals insured under the justGO Sure Plan has cover dates as follows: 30 days accidental death cover from 1st day of travel. Cover starts at 00h01 on 1ST day of travel and expires at 23h59 on 30th day after 1st day of travel
Accidental death cover limits for the justGO Sure Plan is as follows:

  • A minor child before he / she attains the age of 14 years, cover of R 7 500 is provided at a premium of R6
  • All other persons from 14 years and older cover of R10,000 is provided at a premium of R9

11. MyBusiness: SALES AGENT AGREEMENT

The content of this document is intended solely for the use of individual or entity to whom it is addressed and any others who are specifically authorized to receive it. It may contain confidential information. You are hereby notified that any disclosure, copying, distribution or otherwise placing reliance on the contents of this information is prohibited and may be unlawful in certain legal jurisdictions. The contents of the following document are the property of justGO (Pty) Ltd. This document is provided for its intended recipients to use as a statement of requirements for business. justGO (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to add and/or delete material from this document at any time.

1. Appointment and Authority
The Company agrees to appoint the Sales Agents as a representative for the sale of travel products on the justGO Sales Agent portal, which includes busses, low-cost flights, travel insurance etc.
The Sales Agent is appointed on a commission-only basis and is not a contract or permanent employee of justGO. Furthermore, the Sales Agent is in acceptance of such condition.


2. Sales Agent Responsibilities and Commission
2.1 The Sales Agent needs to clearly state your client's travel requirements and ensure they are understood.
2.2 To ensure that all travel documents are valid, such as passports, ID’s etc.
2.3 To provide accurate information always, especially with regards to:
2.3.1 The spelling of traveller’s names as per passport or ID document
2.3.2 Contact details, such as telephone, e-mail and home address.
2.4 To check all details on quotes and confirmations and to confirm these are correct before travel documents are issued. justGO accepts no responsibility for documents issued in error.
2.5 If you are acting on behalf of other travellers, you are responsible to ensure they understand and accept the terms of each transaction.
2.6 To understand and accept that products presented in the media, in brochures and/or the internet may differ from reality.
2.7 To present a valid form of payment timeously. Late or invalid payments may result in the cancellation of your reservation and you may incur financial penalties.
2.8 Make sure your client is in possession of all travel documentation before their departure.
2.9 The Sales Agent will have no authority to offer discounts or any other pricing unless prior written consent has been obtained from the Company.
2.10 If any issues arise you need to make the justGO agent aware of this immediately.
2.11 Ensure all customers are aware of the check in arrival for departure cut off times as well as any baggage limitations which may exist.
2.12 Commissions due to the Sales Agent shall include all orders generated by the Sales Agent unique booking ID.
2.13 Commission Structure: All bus tickets will be subject to an R20 service fee, this service fee will be paid to the Sales Agent Payment and will be made monthly on the 20th of each month, after customers travel has taken place.
2.14 Flights will be subject to an R50 service fee which will be paid to the Sales Agent, on the 20th of each month.
2.15 Additional Commission: If a Sales Agent reaches a monthly target of R10 000 gross sales an additional 1% on the total volume of sales will be paid to the Sales Agent, again based on when travel has taken place.
2.16 All commissions shall be computed based and the Sales Agent can access their own travel sales reporting online.
2.17 All commission payments shall be made in Rand and will be subject to all government laws including taxes. The Sales Agent is responsible for their own personal tax liabilities.


3. Bookings
3.1 Each Booking is subject to these terms of use as well as the applicable Supplier’s Booking Terms.
3.2 We act as an agent for the Suppliers and as such we accept Bookings on behalf of such Suppliers and collect payment from you on behalf of such Suppliers.
3.3 Please note that while we will try to send to you a confirmation notice for every valid booking request we receive from you, we cannot guarantee that such confirmation notice will be received by you, nor that, if they are received by you.
3.4 If you do not receive a confirmation notice after submitting your payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting your payment information, you should confirm with our Call Centre. We will not be liable for any losses you may suffer in this regard.
3.5 The information you have submitted with your booking request will be processed as you have provided it. If you realize that an error has been made or that you need to make a change to such information, you should advise us immediately.
3.6 justGO is not responsible for the service quality provided by any of our suppliers.

3.9 Air and Bus fares are subject to the prices and conditions quoted by the particular Airlines and Bus companies cannot be guaranteed by us.
3.10 All prices indicated as applying to Service Components will be inclusive of VAT but exclusive of any other taxes and duties, which, unless otherwise indicated, will be charged separately.
3.11 You will be required to provide the necessary payment account details when submitting your Booking request.
3.12 By submitting a Booking request to us, you authorise us to debit the designated account with the relevant amounts due for the Service Components ordered.
3.13 Should we be unable to duly effect such payment for any reason your booking will be cancelled.
3.14 You warrant that you are duly authorized to make payments from the account designated by you.
3.15 We will provide you with an itinerary, Booking number and other electronic Travel Documents upon or following confirmation of your Booking.
3.16 When arriving at the relevant Supplier the customer will be required to present reasonably acceptable photo identification (passport, identity document and/or driver’s license) and any relevant Booking number and/or other relevant Travel Documents.
3.17 The relevant Supplier will not be obliged to honour the Booking unless you provide it with such proof of your Booking as it may reasonably require.
3.18 It may sometimes be appropriate to collect Travel Documents from you when purchasing your tickets.
3.19 You should check all details of the Travel Documents (including the itinerary) upon receipt thereof. If there are any inaccuracies on any of the Travel Documents you should inform us immediately as we do not accept and loss as a result of such inaccuracies.
3.20 justGO offers credit and debit card payments on the justGO website as well as system-generated secure electronic payment links. We accept electronic fund transfer and cash payment into our bank account. 1FORyou voucher payments via Flash and Pep Stores are accepted.


4. Refunds/Cancellations/Change
4.1 All bookings made at www.justGO.co.za are non-refundable and changes are not allowed. If your booking is entitled for a change or a refund, this needs to be confirmed by justGO before the scheduled departure.
4.2 If you wish to make a change to the booking, you will make the change on behalf of the client or refer the client directly to the supplier.
4.3 If allowed, you may cancel your booking before departure, but penalties will apply based on the supplier's rules. All refunds when applicable will be paid by the bus supplier.
4.4 If you wish to cancel your booking and the rules of your booking allows you to do so, the supplier will issue a voucher minus an administration fee.
4.5 Please be aware that the relevant suppliers may have additional fees.
4.6 Refunds can take up to 4 weeks or longer for processing.
4.7 If you can provide suitable proof that a passenger, for whom the service component was originally booked, has passed away or has been hospitalized and will be unable to use the service as a result, charges on cancellation will not be applicable.
4.8 If you are not showing up at the time of departure, you will not be eligible for a refund. It is your responsibility to be on time before departure.

5. Agreement Conditions
5.1 This agreement is governed by South African Law.
5.2 The Parties consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Magistrate's Court with regard to any action based on these Terms and Conditions.
5.3 This document reflects an agreement between you and justGO as well as the client.
5.4 You will be liable for all legal fees or an attorney and own client scale in the event that justGO has to engage a lawyer to enforce or defend any of its rights.
5.5 Clients who make any bookings on justgo.co.za are obliged to familiarize themselves to the Terms and Conditions first before doing any transaction.

6. Trademarks
The Sales Agent will under no condition remove or alter any trademarks listed on the product by the Company.

7. Confidentiality
7.1 The Sales Agent must always protect justGo intellectual property and other confidential information.
7.2 The Sales Agent understands they may gain knowledge to certain information or materials that are of high value to the Company and its travellers and must always provide customer confidentiality.

8. Term and Termination
8.1 This Sales Agent agreement shall remain in full force for a period of 1 year from the agreement date.
8.3 justGO has the right to terminate this Sales Agent without any notice based on breach of contract or poor performance.

9. Assignment
Both parties agree not to transfer this agreement or any obligations pertaining to this agreement without prior written consent.

10. Compliance with Law
10.1 Both parties agree to comply with all governmental laws and regulations applicable to justGO.
10.2 Any legal proceedings regarding this sales Agent agreement will be conducted in justGO furthermore both parties agree to seek mediation prior to making any legal actions.

11. Modification
At any time and for any reason, we may terminate your use of and access to the Site or other Offerings. At any time and for any reason, we may modify or discontinue providing the Site or other Offerings, or any part thereof, with or without notice to you. No notice is required to effect any termination right of any party. You shall not hold us responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages due to our modification or discontinuation of the Site or other Offerings or our termination of your access to the Site or other Offerings.

12. Entirety
This agreement and all its entirety shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties. This agreement supersedes all previous agreements whether oral or written between the parties.

13.1 Rules of Conduct
You agree not to:
13.1.1 Post, transmit, or otherwise, make available through or in connection with the justGO WEBSITE:
13.1.1(a) Any information or materials that are, or posting, transmission or use of which is or may be: (a) threatening, harassing, degrading, hateful or intimidating; (b) defamatory or libellous; (c) protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, without the express written consent of the owner of such right
13.1.1(b) Any material that would give rise to criminal or civil liability;
13.1.1(c) Any unsolicited or unauthorized advertisements, promotional material, “junk mail,” “spam,” etc.
13.1.1(d) Any personally identifiable information of another individual, without the prior lawful consent of such individual.
13.1.1(e) Any material, non-public information about a company, without the proper authorization to do so.
13.1.2 Use the justGO WEBSITE for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
13.1.3 Use the justGO WEBSITE to advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, or otherwise promote any services, businesses or opportunities except to the extent that you are a justGO Agent.

14. Consumer Protection Act
14.1 We support the intent of the Consumer Protection Act which governs business interactions between a seller and a buyer concerning products/services consumed in South Africa.
14.2 We believe in honest, transparent, ethical and fair trade business practice.
14.3 We support the intent of the PoPI Act which by and large is to protect your personal information from distribution to or access by unauthorised parties.
14.4 Whilst we at justGO are committed to doing so, you need to be aware that we cannot guarantee the extent to which your information is protected by third-party service providers, such as airlines and Bus companies, etc., who need your personal information to conclude your travel arrangements.

15. Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This Agreement does not, and shall not be construed to, create any partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, agency or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and justGO . You may not assign, transfer or sublicense any or all of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our express prior written consent.

16. Acceptance
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions set forth within this sales Agent agreement.
I, confirm that I understand and accept the terms and conditions of this contract of Sales Agent at justGO. I am aware that the content is of confidential nature and at no time will it be divulged or discussed with any third party.
I also confirm that I have been made aware of the Company's personal policy and undertake to acquaint myself with the contents thereof.
