Neville’s Tours and Travel (Pty) Limited is a travel and tourism logistics company that opened its doors in 2017. The company provides tourism and travel packages to local and international clients visiting the Kruger National Park. They also do Eastern Cape and Cape Town trips twice a week. They also provide scholar transportation services in the Eastern Cape under a contract with the Eastern Cape Department of Education.

They operate a midi, 23-seater bus to service the Eastern Cape and Cape Town Tours and a 65-seater to service the Department of Education’s scholar transportation arrangement. The bus departs from Kokstad Stand 4 Bus Rank towards its final destination Cape Town – Stock Road Bus Rank, Phillipi using Route 56. Neville’s Tours and Travel (Pty) Limited is a travel and tourism logistics company that opened its doors in 2017. The company provides tourism and travel packages to local and international clients visiting the Kruger National Park. The use of the above route, nonetheless, disadvantages a lot of travellers and leaves a major gap for services for travellers who may be travelling to destinations along the R56. No buses use this route until the N1.

This number will be adjusted as the year goes, based on observed traveller trends and expectations. Another advantage that the proposed route has over the N2 route is that it is 300 kms shorter. This serves travellers 3 hours of travel time. Big Tree Tours acquired 2 buses with 2 by 2 seating configurations from Intercape.

The buses have convenient luxuries required for long journeys including reclining seats, air-conditioning, toilets and individual reading lights.

Passengers may request to cancel their tickets before scheduled departure. Passengers who cancel their trips 72 hours before scheduled departure and will be entitled to their full price paid for the ticket, less 20% cancellation fees. Passengers who cancel their trips less than 72 hours before departure will not be entitled to a refund but a voucher valid for 2 months, such a voucher being worth 50% of the original ticket value. Passengers will bear any additional price changes that may occur between the cancellation and the rebooking periods. Passengers who cancel their trips 12 hours before scheduled departure and will pay a 100% cancellation fee.

Consumption of alcohol as well as smoking is not permitted. The luggage allowance on Big Tree buses is two suitcases whose total weight should not exceed 20kg (30kg for international trips) and each suitcase should have the following maximum dimensions: 80cmx60cmx30cm. Any luggage weighing more than the free allowance will be charged at the applicable rate.
