Providing professional driver training through their in-house TETA-accredited Training Academy, with ongoing evaluations. Equipping all vehicles with satellite tracking devices for 24/7 monitoring. Installing Drive Cam technology on coach windscreens to monitor and manage driver behavior. Requiring drivers to sign a declaration affirming their fitness and restfulness before each trip. Administering alcohol breathalyzer tests to drivers both before and after every trip. Implementing a strict driver-hour management program to prevent driver fatigue. Maintaining a zero-tolerance policy for speeding, with drivers prohibited from exceeding 95km/h, even if the prescribed speed limit is 100km/h for passenger transport vehicles.
